For something fresh, you might consider adding a salad, such as the apple, daikon radish, and cabbage slaw or the caesar salad. There’s plenty of options to choose from when it comes to entrees, including the Colorado striped bass, ginger lime glazed organic Scottish salmon, vegan lasagna or pan seared diver sea scallops.
