Glacier takes pride in offering authentic mountain homes and legacy estates with world-class amenities on top of thousands of acres of wilderness. It takes a stellar team to keep our community running smoothly so we’re thrilled to introduce our newest addition: Office Manager, Madison Smith.

Madison hails from Berkshire Mountains, Massachusetts as an avid skier, hiker, and firm believer of pineapples on pizza. She graduated from Boston’s Wentworth Institute of Technology with a background in Facilities Planning and Management, and is a pro at what she does. Madison first worked as a Facilities Coordinator for the Massachusetts Medical Society. Later, she moved to Los Angeles to work for the Game Show Network as an Event Planner and Officer Manager. 

Madison fell in love with Durango on a vacation visit and decided to take the leap to move here last year. She hasn’t looked back since. “I mean, just look outside, how could I?” she says.

These days, Madison can be found at the Glacier Realty Office in the Tamarron Lodge, next to the fitness center. You’ll see her taking care of clients while managing marketing and budget behind the scenes. This dynamo ensures the office is running efficiently 24/7.

Madison is the community’s first stop for help and de facto MVP. When she’s not busy running operations for Glacier’s Real Estate team, she’s either designing scrapbooks or refurbishing furniture.
