Prospector at Glacier: Dinner at the Valley Clubhouse 

Prospector at Glacier is the club’s fine-dining restaurant, located beside the Valley Clubhouse at 212 N. Tamarron Drive and open to the public. 

Executive Chef Adam Bergtold leads the kitchen, with a menu of refined mountain fare and accompanied by wine, beer, and seasonal cocktails. Past Prospector menus have included dishes such as brick-oven focaccia, antipasto and charcuterie, dry-aged New York strip, and grilled Scottish salmon with pesto, roasted vegetables, and Parmesan risotto.

Prospector includes indoor dining and an expansive outdoor patio overlooking the surrounding landscape. It also hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other private events throughout the year. 

Prospector at Glacier is currently open Wednesday through Sunday from 4-9PM. Menus and hours may change seasonally, so guests should check current information before visiting.

Mineshaft Bar & Grill: Casual Dining at the Valley Clubhouse 

Mineshaft Bar & Grill sits inside Glacier’s Valley Clubhouse and is also open to the public. 

The menu offers casual American fare, with grab-and-go breakfast options, as well as lunch and dinner served alongside a full drink menu. Past Mineshaft menus have included familiar clubhouse favorites like burgers and sandwiches, green chile, gyros, and shareable starters. An outdoor patio looks toward the Hermosa Cliffs, making Mineshaft an easy stop after a round on the Valley Course or between activities at the nearby Fitness Center & Spa, pool, and Valley Lawn. 

Walk-ins are welcome from the public, while reservations are available to Glacier members and owners. Open 7 days a week, 11AM-9PM, with grab-and-go breakfast available Wednesday-Sunday from 8:30-10:30AM.

Mountain Clubhouse Restaurant: Private Member Dining 

Reserved for Glacier Club members and owners, the Mountain Clubhouse Restaurant serves locally sourced fare, seasonal menus, and a curated wine selection overlooking the San Juan Mountains. 

Recent menus have featured James Ranch beef, Scottish salmon, Glacier Chicken Piccata, salads, flatbreads, and seasonal vegetable dishes. Members can stop in for lunch during a day on the Mountain Course or return for dinner and drinks on the patio. 

The restaurant sits within Glacier’s Mountain Clubhouse, which also includes the golf shop, member locker rooms, pool and spa, game room, and children’s playroom.

Cassidy’s: Pub Fare at the Mountain Clubhouse 

Also located at the Mountain Clubhouse, Cassidy’s gives members a more casual option for food and drinks. 

The tavern-style menu offers wings, quesadillas, burgers, tacos, sandwiches, and other pub favorites, along with larger plates such as steak frites and salmon. With a sports-bar atmosphere and no dress code, Cassidy’s works especially well after a round or for watching a game with friends.

Courtside Cafe: Food and Drinks by the Courts 

Set beside Glacier’s two tennis courts and four pickleball courts, Courtside Café keeps light bites and refreshments close to the action.
